There is no cost to your hotel for using the I Prefer Training Platform. It is a complimentary portal that allows all hotel associates to learn about the I Prefer Hotel Rewards program.
Yes, our enhanced training platform offers flexibility for on-the-go learning ensuring that users can access educational resources conveniently and efficiently from anywhere using their mobile devices.
To share your experiences, skills, and perspectives within our I Prefer network, complete the “Become A Pioneer” form which can be found here along with more information about this valuable resource.
Upon successful completion of a training course, you will receive an email notification that includes course details and a certificate of completion. We encourage you to share your achievement with your team, apply the knowledge you have acquired, and continue your learning journey to further your expertise.
Yes, after you complete a course, you can easily access and reference previously completed courses by navigating to the “Courses” page and selecting the content you would like to revisit. Along with referencing useful resources here, reviewing course material is an effective way to reinforce your knowledge to ultimately deliver exceptional service to your guests.
We are pleased to offer scheduled, virtual I Prefer events to provide training, business, and program updates. There is no fee to attend, and you and your team are invited to join us for any session using the links provided on PreferredNet (I Prefer Hotel Rewards > Operations >Training) or in the Webinars section.
Complimentary one-on-one training is available to help your hotel bring the I Prefer Hotel Rewards program to life at the property level. Requests can be made by completing this form.
