As the Director of Revenue, I serve as the I Prefer Ambassador for both of our Preferred Hotel properties.  I have been in the hospitality industry for more than 35 years in roles as varied as Front Desk Agent to Director of Sales.  I truly have grown up in the hospitality industry.  Most of my career has been in historic PHG hotels.  I have a passion for hotels and love nothing more than exploring other hotels and enjoying the unique ways other properties provide the best service.
